Our History
Alliance was founded in 2001 by executive coach Carolyn Davis on the principle that high impact leaders and high performing teams create the foundation for highly effective organizations. In working with senior executives, Carolyn gained visibility into the impact that extraordinary leaders have on an organization. This inspired her to build a leadership development company to enable her client organizations to harness their leadership potential and human capabilities at all levels. Today, the Alliance Leadership team provides a comprehensive array of leadership services to global organizations across many industries.
