Carolyn Davis
CPCC, President & Executive Coach

Carolyn brings a rich history of success in sales, coaching, training and team development to her clients. As President of Alliance Coaching, Carolyn is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's operation, including business strategy and growth, sales, client relations, and capability development. Prior to founding Alliance Coaching, Carolyn successfully sold cardiovascular and orthopedic medical devices for 16 years for two premier healthcare companies: American Hospital Supply Corporation and Zimmer Orthopedics.

As a certified executive coach, Carolyn collaborates with senior executives within organizations such as Google, Tessera, and Altera to create customized solutions to accelerate the performance of leaders and their teams through a variety of approaches including individual executive and team coaching, strategic facilitation, and assessment tools such as Custom 360s, Myers-Briggs®, Hay Group ECI, Keirsey, The Leadership Practices Inventory.

Caty serves as an executive coach and organizational consultant to her clients in areas including leadership development, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and high-performing teams. Caty brings her leadership, group dynamics and assessment expertise to help clients such as Google, Future US, and Wells Fargo achieve greater individual, team and organizational performance.

Caty earned her B.A. in Psychology from Harvard, graduating magna cum laude with a special emphasis on group dynamics and intergroup relations. She obtained her M.A. in Social and Organizational Psychology from Columbia, where her focus on leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution and cross-cultural communication earned her a Fellowship from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Caty has also held positions at both Columbia and Harvard Business Schools in leadership development and alumni services.

 
 
 

Kate Sharon
MBA, CPCC, Leadership Coach & Organizational Consultant

Kate brings a seasoned business perspective to her clients with more than 18 years of experience partnering with organizations to empower leaders to deliver high impact results. She brings deep expertise in the areas of leadership strategy, organization development, training design, facilitation and leadership coaching.

Kate's professional experience includes senior leadership roles in organization development, human resources, and information technology with companies such as Gap Inc. and Ninth House, Inc. As a consultant with Accenture, Towers Perrin and Springboard Partners, Kate provided consulting and coaching services to organizations including Cisco Systems, Apple Computer, Inc., Kaiser Permanente, Washington Mutual, Haas School of Business, U.C. Berkeley, Audi of America, and SFMOMA. Kate is a Fulbright Scholar and graduated cum laude with a BA from Duke University. She received her MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior.
